The Merrill Y-41B is the plunger made for the Merrill Y1, and Y2 hydrants. The plunger is made completely out of brass, and comes complete with the 3 rubber O-rings, therefore the plunger is ready to be installed when you receive it. The end of the plunger has a set of female, or internal threads that allow it to thread onto the bottom of the plunger rod.
