The Merrill genuine A-121 hydrant head is designed for the model C1000 hydrants. The head itself is made out of painted cast iron, but most of the hardware, and connectors inside of the head are made out of metal. The A-121 hydrant head comes complete with the hose thread adapter, lever, draw straps, packing nut, and the lever bolt and nut.
